"I'm a hundred feet tall. These people are pygmies."

Trust Logan Roy to tease Succession Season 4 with a quote that's both magnificently egotistical, utterly dismissive of his children, and offensive in a hilariously outdated way. The 30-second trailer for the highly anticipated fourth season, which aired before the House of the Dragon finale on Sunday night, shows what Kendall dubs the "new gen Roys" and the always-cringe Connor refers to as the "rebel alliance" gathering in various richly appointed settings to try and take down their apparently bulletproof patriarch. There's also a tantalizing glimpse of the maybe-irreparable rift in Shiv and Tom's marriage, as revealed to devastating effect in the final moments of Season 3.

Per a season synopsis released by HBO, "the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) moves ever closer."

"The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete," the synopsis continues. "A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed."

Succession's fourth season will premiere on HBO sometime in Spring 2023.
